That’s why we offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the pickup date. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the pickup date, as we would have already started baking your pup’s delicious cake.

If you need to cancel or exchange your order, please contact us as soon as possible at our website or social media handles or info@wongiedogcakes.com.au We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we can’t guarantee refunds or exchanges for cancellations or exchanges made less than 72 hours prior to the pickup date.

Special Requests

If you have a special request for your pup’s cake, such as a custom design or specific flavors or ingredients, please contact us at least one week before the pickup date. We’ll do our best to make your pup’s cake dreams come true!

Please note that special requests cannot be resold or transferred after payment.
