Wongie’s Dog Cakes wants to ensure you and your furry friend are completely happy with your order. That’s why we offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours before your pickup date. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the pickup date, as we would have already started baking your pup’s delicious cake.

If you need to cancel or exchange your order, please contact us as soon as possible on our website, social media @wongiedogcakes, or info@woofmakers.com.au. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we can’t guarantee refunds or exchanges for cancellations or exchanges made less than 72 hours before the pickup date.

Special Requests

If you have a special request for your pup’s cake, such as a custom design or specific flavours or ingredients, please get in touch with us at least one week before the pickup date. We’ll do our best to make your pup’s cake dreams come true!

Please note that special requests cannot be resold or transferred after payment.
